- Account information — name, work email address, organization, role, and password when you create an account.
- Contact information you provide — including a mobile phone number, if you choose to enable text notifications.
- Compliance and building data — information you or your organization enter into the platform: buildings, regulatory obligations, permits, certifications, inspection dates, and related documents.
- Usage information — log data, device and browser information, and how you interact with the services, used to operate and improve the platform.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the services.
- To send communications you have requested, including email and text notifications about compliance deadlines, task status, and account activity.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To protect the security and integrity of the services and to comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging
If you opt in to text notifications, we send messages to the mobile number you provide containing compliance deadline reminders, task status alerts, and account notifications. Opt-in happens in your own account settings and is off by default. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by turning off text notifications in your account settings. Reply HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms & Conditions and SMS program details.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the services, such as cloud hosting and communications delivery providers, under confidentiality obligations; with your organization, where your account belongs to an organizational workspace; and with authorities where required by law.
Data security and retention
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may access and update your account information in the platform, adjust notification preferences at any time, or contact us to request deletion of your personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date.
