1. Program description
Osmosis Compliance Notifications sends text messages to registered users of the Osmosis compliance platform who have opted in. Messages include reminders about upcoming regulatory deadlines such as inspections, permit renewals, and certification expirations, along with compliance task status and account notifications.
2. Opt-in
You opt in from within the Osmosis web application by entering your own mobile number in Settings → Notifications and checking the box agreeing to receive text notifications. The box is unchecked by default and text notifications are sent only to users who complete this step themselves. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not given on your behalf by an employer or administrator.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your notification settings and the compliance activity in your portfolio. You will typically receive a few messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Osmosis does not charge for text notifications.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. You can also turn text notifications off in your account settings. To re-enable them, update your notification settings in the application.

7. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Supported carriers
The program is supported on major U.S. carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

Information collected in connection with this program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
